VOICE/MUSIC CONTROL UNIT
The main functions of the PD 1066 unit can be remote-controlled using
the BM 3067 microphone stand.
The PD 1066 offers two system configuration options:
› System with 1 amplifier for each zone
› System with 6 audio zones covered by means of two amplifiers, one
of which is dedicated to voice transmission and the other to music.
The system makes it possible to choose in which of the 6 audio zones
the background music is played normally (“Music on” buttons), and to
select the zones in which the background music will be interrupted for
a microphone announcement (“Speakers” buttons).
› System with 6 audio zones using a single amplifier for voice/music.
With this system, you can choose in which of the 6 audio zones the
voice or music transmission will be made.
› 6 “Speakers” buttons for selective music/voice switching in 6 audio
zones (“Speakers” relays).
› 6 “Music on” buttons transmitting the music selectively to 6 audio
zones.
› “General Call” button for switching all 6 “Speakers” relays of the unit.
› “Alarm” function for switching an incorporated auxiliary relay with 2
switching contacts on terminal strip.
› 24 Vdc output for supplying the BM 3067 microphone stands.
› Remote control of music/voice switching by means of the BM 3067
microphone stand, or by normal pushbuttons or switches.
› Remote control of the “General Call” function by means of the BM
3067 microphone stand, or by a normal pushbutton or switch.
› Remote control of the “General Call” function by means of an external
10-24 Vdc power supply (e.g. “override command” supply).
