1. Travelling North on A1 pass Metro Centre complex
2. Travelling North on A1 pass sliproad signposted Swalwell
3. Take next sliproad signposted Blaydon A695
4. At the roundabout go straight ahead
5. Pass filling station on left
6. Get into right hand lane
7. At the roundabout go straight ahead staying in right hand lane
8. Follow road and pass under Scotswood Bridge onto Chainbridge Road
9. Pass bus stop on left
10. Pass junction on left for 'Factory Shops'
11. Take the next sliproad do not go over the flyover
12. Continue ahead until you reach a 'T' junction
13. Turn left at the junction
14. Turn immediately right do not go over level crossing
15. You are now on Factory Road
16. Continue down Factory Road until you reach a fork in the road

South Bound Directions

1. Travelling South on A1 pass turn off for A69 Hexham
2. Continue south ove Blaydon Bridge
3. Take next sliproad signposted Blaydon A695
4. At the roundabout go straight ahead
5. Pass filling station on left
6. Get into right hand lane
7. At the roundabout go straight ahead staying in right hand lane
8. Follow road and pass under Scotswood Bridge onto Chainbridge Road
