Voltstick 110

Voltstick 110

This high sensitivity version of the Volt Stick provides instant, noncontact checking for the presence of AC voltage down to 110v, without making any disconnections in cables, wall sockets, fuses, circuit breakers, junction boxes etc.

This 110v version is ideal for construction site temporary supplies and, of course, for use in mains testing in the USA.

The red indicator in the tip will illuminate on detection of AC voltage simply by applying the tip close to any connection point, or moving it along any insulated cable.

Features:
• Locates breaks in cables
• Detects blown fuses inside plugs or fuse holders
• Distinguishes between live and neutral wires in both single and three-phase supplies
• Identifies voltage-carrying cables in junction boxes
• Identifies faulty in-line switches
• Locates defective in-series light bulbs

Conference solutions provided by Blaydon Communications ensure that the chairman of the meeting remains in full control of the proceedings allowing sensible discussions to take place in a civilized manner and ultimately those all important decisions are made and concluded in a reasonable timescale. In addition to the conference system nearly all applications require the installation of sound reinforcement and some form of assisted hearing system whether it be in the form of induction loop or infrared. Many larger systems also require the option to allow delegates to vote electronically and have results displayed visually throughout meeting facility; larger systems also often require camera follow systems that allow the person who is speaking at the time to be shown via display media such as large screen projectors and LCD or plasma screens. Blaydon Communications can deal with all these services leaving you free time to do with as you wish. Great Aycliffe Council

\nWe were approached by Great Aycliffe Council to provide a solution to the needs of the council chamber; our answer was to install a Beyerdynamic Conference System linked to an integrated sound system, induction loop and infrared hearing system. The installation of 16 delegate units and a chairman unit combined with sound reinforcement from Armstrong iCeilings panel loudspeakers has been hailed a great success.\n

Durham Guild Hall

\nThe Durham Guild Halll was completed utilising the ever popoular and cost effective MCW-D 50 system from Beyerdynamic. The system was very simple and comprised of only 14 delegate stations and 1 chairman unit. Control software was supplied to maximise the system capabilities and once again a sound reinforcement and induction loop facility were installed. Even though the system was small the local authority don't know how they managed without it and it is now an essential part in the smooth running of the council meetings and debates.\n
